We do not allow cancellation of products or services once purchased but we offer a full or partial refund for some of the purchases made on our website on case to case basis. If you are not fully satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can contact us within 7 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 7-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund, even if you qualify on a case to case basis. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first one week after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs and meets your expectations.
